Join Ireland’s foremost Fermentista, published author and founder of The Cultured Club, to indulge in the wonders of Kimchi. A staple food of Korea, this bold, tangy, spicy (and addictive) ferment is fast becoming a favourite of the Western palate.

Enjoy sampling a selection of kimchis from the traditional to the modern twist, including tastes, tips and various ways to use this fascinating flavour.

The afternoon will include making a seasonl kinchi for you to take home because, after that first bite, you’ll soon want a second, and then a third, and then half the jar you have made yourself will be gone!


The Cultured Club is dedicated to reviving this lost tradition and bringing the control of our health into our own kitchens.
